We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Lenskart. In this role, you will be the front line of contact for our customers, providing them with support and assistance with their eyewear needs. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, social media, and chat
• Provide information about Lenskart's products and services
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager
