You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Research customer issues and provide solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell Lenskart products and services
• Maintain customer records and data
• Follow all company policies and procedures

• Experience with market research software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in market research
