As a Frontline Staff member at Lenskart, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
• Assist customers in browsing our eyewear collection, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
• Conduct eye tests using various diagnostic equipment, adhering to safety and accuracy protocols.
• Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and timely delivery.
• Maintain the store environment, keeping it clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services, maximizing customer satisfaction and sales potential.
• Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for service welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in operating retail software applications is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
