Responsibilities
- Customer champion: Develop and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, app, social media) to drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Data decoder: Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and pain points, informing targeted marketing initiatives.
- Personalization pro: Craft personalized marketing experiences that resonate with individual customers, fostering loyalty and brand affinity.
- Content connoisseur: Create engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, social media posts) that educates, inspires, and entertains customers around all things eyewear.
- Loyalty alchemist: Design and manage customer loyalty programs that incentivize repeat purchases and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Collaboration champion: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall customer experience goals.
- Trend tracker: Stay updated on the latest customer marketing trends and technologies, identifying and implementing innovative strategies to keep Lenskart ahead of the curve.
Skills
- Proven track record of success: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer marketing or a related field, with a demonstrably successful history of driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Data-driven approach: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret customer data to inform marketing decisions.
- Content creation magic: Proficiency in creating engaging content across various formats (written, visual, video).
- Channel expertise: Deep understanding of various marketing channels and their strengths for effective customer engagement.
