The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of salespeople in order to achieve sales goals. This position requires a strong understanding of the technology industry, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans
• Manage and motivate a team of salespeople
• Generate new business opportunities
• Close deals and achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Represent Lenovo at trade shows and other events
• Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends
• Provide training and development to salespeople
• Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
