As an ABM Manager at JWS Steel, you'll be the bridge between JWS Steel and its most valuable customers. You'll wear many hats, from conducting in-depth research and identifying high-potential accounts to developing and executing personalized marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, measuring campaign performance, and continuously optimizing strategies to ensure JWS Steel remains the preferred steel partner for its most important clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and research high-potential accounts that align with JWS Steel's strategic goals.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the specific needs and challenges of key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, webinars, and events.
- Manage the ABM pipeline and track progress towards achieving revenue targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of ABM initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest ABM trends and best practices.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally with a focus on ABM.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to identify key trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in account management and relationship building within the B2B steel industry (a plus).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
