Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target segments, assess competitive landscape, and analyze customer needs and preferences.
- Product Positioning & Differentiation: Develop and implement effective product positioning strategies that highlight unique selling propositions and differentiate JSW Steel's offerings.
- Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, trade shows) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop compelling product brochures, case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Pricing & Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to develop optimal pricing strategies and maximize revenue potential.
- Channel Management & Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders within the steel industry.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insightful reports to inform future marketing decisions.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the B2B or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research methodologies, and campaign management techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in market research tools, data analysis software, and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of the steel industry and its trends is a plus.
