As our Marketing Communications Manager, you'll be the architect of JWS Steel's narrative. You'll lead the development and execution of strategic communication campaigns that build brand awareness, drive industry thought leadership, and position JWS Steel as the trusted partner for a sustainable future.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies across various channels (traditional media, digital marketing, internal communications).

• Manage media relations, proactively building relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Organize and execute events and conferences that showcase JWS Steel's expertise and leadership.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new communication opportunities.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, social media, analytics).
• Experience in media relations and event management is a plus.
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management expertise.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
