As a Customer Success Associate at JWS Steel, you'll be the vital link between our sales team and our valued customers. You'll partner with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert product and service recommendations, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with JWS Steel.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Provide insightful technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
• Analyze customer data and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and JWS Steel product developments.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and trust.
• Proven customer service experience, ideally within the B2B sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical understanding of steel products and manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
