• Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Develop and deliver training programs for customer service representatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer experience management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
• Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the education sector and a deep understanding of the needs of young learners.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
