• **Be a Champion for Students:**Warmly welcome new students and families, conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions, and answer their questions with patience and enthusiasm.
• Proactive Support: Proactively identify student needs and challenges, provide timely and personalized support, and ensure their smooth progress through the program.
• Relationship Builder: Build strong rapport with students and families, address their concerns effectively, and cultivate a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Progress Tracker: Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback and encouragement, and celebrate their achievements.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous optimization of the learning experience.
