The Jio Centre Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a Jio center. This includes managing the staff, ensuring that the center is clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service. The Jio Centre Manager must have a strong understanding of Jio products and services and must be able to build relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the staff at the Jio center
- Ensure that the center is clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Promote Jio products and services
- Meet sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Jio products and services
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Jio products and services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
