The Front Office Executive is responsible for providing a positive and professional customer experience at Jio. This includes greeting and welcoming customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure that customers are satisfied with their experience. The Front Office Executive also handles a variety of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities:

• Audit tax returns and identify potential errors or omissions
• Research and resolve tax-related issues
• Prepare tax reports and provide technical assistance to taxpayers
• Enforce tax laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
• Work with other members of the tax team to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide training and support to new team members
