The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for leading and managing the team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in providing excellent customer service to Jio customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives that meet the needs of Jio customers.
• Manage the performance of the CSR team, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Conduct training and development programs for the CSR team to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Jio.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action as needed.
• Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent Jio at industry events and conferences.
