Job Title: Inside Sales Representatives

Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to join our team in Mandaveli, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and be able to generate new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential partners in the assigned territory. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging various lead generation techniques. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key industry trends and potential target sectors.
2. Partner Acquisition and Onboarding: Understand partner needs and requirements, and present Uber's value proposition effectively. Drive partner acquisition by negotiating contracts and closing deals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and product, to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners.
3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners. Understand partner goals and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to drive mutual growth and success. Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
