The Virtual Assistant (VA) provides administrative, technical, and creative support to Infosys employees and customers. The VA works closely with employees to understand their needs and to develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. The VA also works with customers to provide support for their products and services.

• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing email, and preparing presentations.
• Provide technical support, such as troubleshooting computer problems and setting up new software.
• Provide creative support, such as writing copy, designing graphics, and developing marketing materials.
• Work with employees and customers to understand their needs and to develop and implement solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a administrative, technical, or creative support role
• Experience with customer service
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
