The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing analytical and operational support to the Infosys operations team. This includes collecting and analyzing data, developing and implementing process improvements, and resolving operational issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with data analysis and process improvement tools.

• Collect and analyze data to identify and troubleshoot operational problems.
• Develop and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide support to the operations team with day-to-day activities.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track operational performance.
• Work with other teams to ensure that operations are aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:
