Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up CNC machines by installing and adjusting tools, attachments, and work-holding devices according to job requirements.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings and instructions to program machines, ensuring accurate and precise production.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a CNC programming role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and practices.
• Proficient in CNC programming software, such as Mastercam, Fanuc, and Siemens.
• Experience in programming and operating various CNC machines, including turning centers, milling machines, and lathes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
