Job Summary

The Customer Success Associate is a vital member of our client success team. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Infosys' solutions. You'll act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client success. This role requires a blend of strong communication, technical acumen, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with new clients during onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Manage assigned client accounts, proactively monitor their progress, and address any concerns.
  • Act as a first point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely communication and resolution to their inquiries.
  • Track and analyze client usage of Infosys' solutions, identify opportunities for increased adoption and value realization.
  • Proactively identify client needs and recommend additional solutions or services to further optimize their success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, product development) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Gather client feedback, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of successful customer success strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new solutions and processes.

Experience

This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals.

  • Freshers: Recent graduates with a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced Professionals: We welcome candidates with 1-2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field. Experience with IT solutions or the technology industry would be a plus.
