Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for a wide range of technical tasks, including:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to internal users
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as system backups and software updates
- Assisting with network connectivity problems
- Documenting technical procedures and solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-users to diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as system cleaning, defragglers, and virus scans
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure optimal performance
- Maintain accurate records of all service requests, repairs, and solutions implemented
- Stay up-to-date on the latest computer technologies and industry best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A+ or equivalent computer technician certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software components
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
