The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of cargo agents in the efficient and timely handling of cargo. The Team Leader will ensure that all cargo is processed in accordance with IndiGo's safety and security procedures, and that customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of cargo agents
• Ensure that all cargo is processed in accordance with IndiGo's safety and security procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Develop and implement training programs for cargo agents
• Conduct regular performance reviews of cargo agents
• Compile and submit reports to the Cargo Manager
• Represent IndiGo at industry events and meetings

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulations
• Experience in the airline industry is preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in cargo handling
• Valid passport and visa
• Must be able to work shifts, including nights and weekends
