The Help Desk Worker is responsible for providing technical support to IndiGo customers via phone, email, and chat. This includes troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing information about IndiGo products and services. The Help Desk Worker must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to IndiGo customers via phone, email, and chat
2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
3. Resolve customer complaints
4. Provide information about IndiGo products and services
5. Escalate complex issues to the Help Desk Manager
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest software and hardware technologies

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
