Front-line employees are the backbone of IndiGo, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our flights. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting and assisting passengers
• Checking in luggage and boarding passes
• Providing customer service and resolving complaints
• Cleaning and preparing aircraft cabins

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to passengers
2. Handle passenger queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Check in luggage and boarding passes accurately and efficiently
4. Prepare aircraft cabins for boarding
5. Clean and maintain aircraft cabins
6. Handle catering and beverage services
7. Comply with all safety regulations
