The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that target IndiGo's existing customers. This includes creating and managing email marketing campaigns, social media marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives. The Customer Marketing Manager will also work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop and implement customer loyalty programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns that target IndiGo's existing customers
2. Create and manage email marketing campaigns
3. Manage social media marketing campaigns
4. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs
5. Work closely with the Customer Experience team to understand customer needs and develop marketing campaigns that meet those needs
6. Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to measure ROI
7. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the airline industry
• Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital marketing platforms
• Experience with customer loyalty programs
