The Computer Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Indigo's computer systems. This includes tasks such as loading and unloading data, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, and performing routine maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload data onto and from computer systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems
• Perform routine maintenance on computer systems
• Follow established procedures and documentation
• Respond to user inquiries and requests
• Work with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems

Skills:

• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and hardware
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
