The Sales Officer is responsible for generating new sales leads and closing deals for IndiGo's airline tickets. They will work with a variety of customers, including travel agents, corporate clients, and individual travelers. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be able to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, email marketing, and attending trade shows.
• Qualify leads and develop proposals that meet the needs of the customer.
• Close deals and ensure that customers are satisfied with the sales process.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell them on additional products and services.
• Track sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English
• Bilingual (Hindi/English) is a plus
