This will include, but not be limited to, the coordination and management of the recruitment and selection process, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, and assisting with other human resources related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities -

Manage employee relations by investigating and mediating complaints; recommending corrective action where necessary.

Oversee recruitment process by developing job descriptions, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

3+ years of experience in human resources management.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
