- Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, proactively understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Identify and analyze client needs to recommend relevant IBM solutions and services.
- Develop and present customized proposals that address client challenges and demonstrate business value.
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service offerings.
