Responsibilities:

• Receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing shipments of documents, valuables, and other materials.
• Verify shipments against packing lists and invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation for all shipments, including packing slips, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
• Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to safety regulations and security procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors regarding shipment status and updates.
• Utilize shipping software and tracking systems to monitor and manage shipments efficiently.

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in computer skills and basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
