We are looking for passionate and customer-centric individuals to join our growing team as Personal Bankers. In this role, you will play a key role in building relationships with our customers and providing them with personalized financial advice and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Open and manage customer accounts.
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
• Identify and recommend suitable financial products and services to meet customer needs.
• Cross-sell and upsell a range of financial products and services.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Adhere to HDFC Bank's policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and foster loyalty towards HDFC Bank.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services is a plus.
