The Office Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the branch staff. This includes tasks such as filing, data entry, customer service, and assisting with branch operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments, including verifying amounts, applying credits, and posting payments to accounts.
  • Resolve billing disputes and communicate with customers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including aging reports, customer balances, and payment history.
  • Prepare monthly reports for management.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures.




Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
