We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering technical training to customers and internal staff.
