Google is looking for an IT Professional to join our team and help us provide world-class support to our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving software, hardware, and networking issues, as well as supporting various services such as video conferencing, remote access, new internal products, and mobile technology. You will also collaborate and share knowledge across the team and other Googlers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to Googlers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues
• Install and maintain software and hardware
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices
• Provide training to Googlers on IT-related topics
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to solve complex problems
