The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer support to Google's users. This includes responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, resolving customer issues, and providing helpful and informative customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google's products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide helpful and informative customer service
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team as needed
• Stay up-to-date on Google's products and services
• Work with other team members to improve the customer experience
