The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Flipkart's operations. This includes developing and implementing data-driven solutions to problems, identifying and mitigating risks, and optimizing processes.




Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, including operational systems, surveys, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to operations.
  • Optimize processes and procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.




Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
