The Marketing Director is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing strategies for Flipkart. This includes developing and managing the brand, creating and executing marketing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role, as well as a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry.

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for Flipkart
• Manage the marketing team and budget
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and offline
• Develop and manage the brand identity and positioning
• Track and analyze marketing performance and make necessary adjustments
• Work with other departments to ensure alignment on marketing goals
• Represent Flipkart at industry events and conferences
