The Financial Services Representative is responsible for providing customer support and selling financial products and services to Flipkart customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, providing financial advice, and cross-selling products and services. The Financial Services Representative must have a strong understanding of financial products and services, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers.




Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide financial advice to customers based on their individual needs
  • Cross-sell financial products and services to customers
  • Attend training programs to stay up-to-date on financial products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet sales goals




Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
