The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart's customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.




Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team as needed
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer feedback




Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven
