The Virtual Assistant provides administrative support to the Flipkart team, working remotely. This includes a variety of tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, responding to emails and phone calls, creating presentations, and managing projects. The Virtual Assistant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Manage calendars and create meeting agendas
• Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Create presentations and other marketing materials
• Manage projects and track deadlines
• Provide administrative support to other team members as needed

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
