Flipkart is looking for a Finance Director to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. The Finance Director will be responsible for leading the company's financial planning and analysis, treasury, and risk management functions. They will also play a key role in developing and executing our financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's financial planning and analysis function, including developing and managing the annual budget, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the treasury function, including managing the company's cash flow, investments, and debt.
- Develop and implement the company's risk management framework.
- Partner with the business to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Represent the company to external stakeholders, such as investors and lenders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
