The Customer Support Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes answering customer questions and concerns, resolving customer issues, and providing customer support through a variety of channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and concerns about Flipkart products and services.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide customer support through a variety of channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Stay up-to-date on Flipkart products and services.
• Promote Flipkart products and services to customers.

Qualifications:
