The Customer Service Trainee is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Flipkart customers. This includes resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and handling complaints. The Trainee will also be responsible for attending training sessions to learn about Flipkart products and services, as well as customer service best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Manage the company's accounting systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Audit financial records for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare tax returns for the company and its employees
• Provide financial advice to management on a variety of topics, such as budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
