We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team at Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as experience with financial reporting and analysis. The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Managing the company's accounting systems
• Auditing financial records

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS
• Manage the company's accounting systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Audit financial records for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare tax returns for the company and its employees
• Provide financial advice to management on a variety of topics, such as budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices

Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
