Job Summary
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Back-Office Coordinator. As a key member of our back-office team, you'll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various departments. You'll ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the back-office by handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, document management, and communication coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Manage calendars and schedules for assigned teams.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate communication between departments and ensure timely information flow.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain positive relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative support role (Freshers can also apply)

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
