• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about Ericsson's products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Adhere to Ericsson's customer service policies and best practices.
• Stay updated on Ericsson's latest products and services.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience in the telecommunication industry is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Ericsson's products and services is a plus.
