We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Care Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the voice of Emami, responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about Emami products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to Emami's customer service standards and best practices. *Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
