As a Senior Marketing Analyst at Emami, you'll be at the forefront of our growth story, using your analytical prowess to shape winning marketing strategies and measure their impact with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into data: Analyze market research, consumer insights, and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Craft data-driven strategies: Translate insights into actionable marketing plans, optimizing campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Measure and report success: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and deliver comprehensive reports to senior management.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Keep yourself updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior patterns, recommending innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate and lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams (brand, product, sales) to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and guide junior analysts in developing their skills.
Skills:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field (Analytics, Market Research preferred).
- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a consumer-focused industry.
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing data and deriving actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools and proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Team player with leadership potential, capable of motivating and guiding junior analysts.
- Passion for FMCG brands and a deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape.
