As an Implementation Specialist at Emami, you'll be at the forefront of bringing Emami's digital vision to life. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders, from business analysts to project managers, to implement and configure complex software solutions. Your sharp technical skills, combined with your ability to understand business needs, will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integrations and driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software implementation.
Configure and customize software solutions to meet Emami's specific needs and processes.
Develop and implement test plans to ensure the functionality and accuracy of implemented systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and vendors, to resolve technical issues and drive project progress.
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices in your area of expertise.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software implementation, ideally in an ERP or CRM environment.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall etc.).
Proficiency in relevant technical skills such as SQL, scripting languages (Python, JavaScript etc.), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and find solutions to technical challenges.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
