Emami, a leading FMCG company in India, is seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Field Sales Executives (Freshers) to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market reach. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts in the assigned territory
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Emami's overall sales objectives
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
- Present Emami's products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and contractual terms
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management
