We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, onboarding new customers, and providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for tracking customer usage and satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.
